Where is the fireplace? Is that the one in the dining room? Is there a room that is fixed up enough for you to sleep in? Are you going to store all your furniture? This is gorgeous.
Okay, now to answer your questions. Purchased to renovate and live in, not to sale. Once we have a working bathroom we will live there while we renovate. The fireplace is in the parlor, so I believe. I suggested that we pitch a tent in the house and live in the tent. Store the furniture, yes, probably in the basement.
I lived 2 houses down from this ole house for 17 years. It was sad to see it slowly die. I am pleased to see it's rebirth in the works...I commend u on the very big job u have accepted..good luck!
