Update on the Drawing Room

On Sept of 2008 I posted a picture of me standing on the rubble in the drawing room:

Well as of today this is where we stand (no pun intended). The floor has been stained;

The furniture has been placed back in the room, wallpaper hung on the lower half of the wall, pictures hung;

And Chris painted the cabinet.........now for the walk through.

Some minor finish work needs to be completed but for the most part the drawing room is 98% complete.

Look! A place to hang the clothes

We finished the rest of the closet shelves and poles. Now our clothes have a new home to reside in.

The downside of all of this is that I now realize that I have too many shirts.
Oh what will I do?
